Returns & Exchanges

At Alana Maria, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit, then secure it in a mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
